Our company recently converted to office365 online.
Since we use several Toshiba Estudio printers and the scan to email function fairly heavily a mail relay was setup with ip address authentication. It's open and doesn't require encryption.
Everything works fine except for one user. When she uses the scan to email it doesn't go through.
I've checked and double checked all the settings on the Toshiba and it's all ok.
I've deleted and re-added the user in another user "slot". I've tried the user on 2 different machines.
I don't have admin access to the mail server, but I've communicated with the admin and he can't find anything wrong.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this one users email doesn't get through the relay.?
